Your child brought home a letter from our Wellness Center last week. The letter contains information about immunizations that are required for them to start 7th grade. The immunizations required are the Tdap and the meningococcal vaccines.

These requirements must be met before they can start school in August.

A nurse from the Wellness Center will come to Ripley Middle School and give these immunizations if you want your child to have them here.

Please complete the registration form and return it to school by April 28th, 2025. Our nurse will contact you with a date for the clinic once the forms are received.
